THE VENUE:

This ‘night of horrors’ occurred on October 24 and 25th at the infamous haunted Vogue Theatre (6675 HOLLYWOOD BLVD.,) in Hollywood, CA. For more information on the Vogue Theater, it's spirits, and the supernatural visit http://cinematreasures.org/theaters/496.

GUEST PRESENTERS WERE DIRECTOR AND SPECIAL EFFECT ARTIST JOHN CARL BUECHLER, STAR R.A. MILHAILOFF, “LEATHERFACE - TEXAS CHAINSAW MASSACRE III”, ACTOR BILL MOSELEY, DIRECTOR DON GLUT, SCREAM QUEEN ACTRESS DEBBIE DUTCH AND COUNT SMOKULA!

TROMA’S MONSTER IN THE CLOSET SCREENED OUT OF COMPETITION. THE TOXIC AVENGER, STAR OF CITIZEN TOXIE: THE TOXIC AVENGER 4, KILLER CONDOM MAN AND MORE WERE IN ATTENDANCE.

Flixmix screened a 10 minute trailer of Boogeymen and raffled off personally autographed posters from the stars of Boogeymen.

FILMMAKERS WON MOVIE MAGIC BUDGETING AND SCHEDULING (2 OF EACH) AND SCREENWRITERS WON MOVIE MAGIC SCREENWRITER, DRAMTICA PRO & STORYVIEW.

SOME OF THE FILMS SCREENED AT SCREAMFEST WERE JEFF RECTOR'S FATAL KISS (winner of the AFFMA BEST SCREENPLAY AWARD), FRENCH FILM DEEP IN THE WOODS, ANIMATED HORROR - BLOOD THE LAST VAMPIRE WERE JUST A FEW OF THE GREAT FILMS SCREENED AT SCREAMFEST HORROR FILM FESTIVAL.
