In the dead of night, a homeless man, known only as John Doe, is beaten and left for dead. Soon after, a team of surgeons makes a hideous discovery of a parasite growing deep inside John Doe's body. They remove the creature, but their nightmare is only just beginning, as they are soon murdered one by one. Who will survive? Only one thing is certain You can't escape the evil within.
