His latest work, the horror/drama short film "Hombre" was presented at the New York Film Festival 2017, the Stockholm Film Festival 2017 and Seattle International Film Festival 2018 among many others. The short film was also awarded "Best Iberoamerican Short Film" in Elche's Independent Film Festival (Spain) and won the "Prix Courtoujours" at the 30es Cinélatino, Rencontres de Toulouse (France).
