Synopsis: 
You have heard the stories about the Amityville house being haunted by evil spirits. But you don't know the terrifying story of the family that died in the house at the hands of the eldest son. On the night of November 13, 1974, Ronald DeFeo, Jr. took a high-powered rifle and murdered his entire family as they slept. At his trial, DeFeo claimed that "voices" in the house commanded him to kill. This is their story. Starring John Robinson ("Transformers"), Chelsea Ricketts ("Jackals") and featuring Diane Franklin and Burt Young (both seen in 1982's "Amityville II: The Possession"). About the Director

Daniel FarrandsDaniel Farrands sold his first screenplay to TriStar Pictures (a modern version of THE LEGEND OF SLEEPY HOLLOW) when he was only 18. By the age of 24, his passion for horror landed him the assignment to write Dimension Films’ HALLOWEEN: THE CURSE OF MICHAEL MYERS, starring the late Donald Pleasence and Paul Rudd in his feature film debut.
Daniel has worked steadily as a writer, producer and director for more than twenty years. Among his credits are THE TOOTH FAIRY, THE GIRL NEXT DOOR, HAVENHURST, and Lionsgate’s hit supernatural thriller, THE HAUNTING IN CONNECTICUT, which grossed more than $80 million worldwide.
