Los Angeles Premiere

Born and Raised in the San Fernando Valley in Southern California, Vincent first broke onto the scene as producer of the independent feature film BELLFLOWER, which was one of the most buzzed about films to premiere at Sundance Film Festival 2011. The film went on to play SXSW and garnered several awards, including Film Independent Spirit Award nominations for Best Cinematography and a nomination for Grashaw for the John Cassavetes Award. The film was distributed by Oscilloscope Laboratories.

Vince then wrote and directed his debut feature, COLDWATER, which premiered at SXSW 2013 and was distributed by Breaking Glass Pictures.

Grashaw went on to direct his sophomore feature AND THEN I GO, an adaptation from the acclaimed novel PROJECT X by Jim Shepard. The film stars Justin Long, Melanie Lynskey, Tony Hale, Carrie Preston and Melonie Diaz. The film premiered at LA Film Festival and was distributed by The Orchard.

WHAT JOSIAH SAW is Grashaw’s third feature film at the helm and has partnered with Randomix Productions to direct his next two feature films slated to shoot fall 2021 and summer 2022.

Carl Firth is a filmmaker based in Sydney and Los Angeles. With an imagination that has run wild all his life, Carl’s work embraces the macabre and the fantastic.

His award-winning short film The Witching Hour (2015), a horror fantasy exploring what happens when the clock strikes midnight, screened at numerous festivals including Sitges, Fantasia, Telluride Horror Show and Flickerfest, where it was awarded the Special Jury Prize. His short The Immortal (2020), featuring Academy Award nominee James Cromwell, follows a man who lives from the present day to the end of the universe, and was made with the support of the AFTRS Creative Fellowship for daring and adventurous work.

When not making his own projects, Carl has worked both on set and in post-production on the feature films Australia, The Great Gatsby, The Wolverine, Mad Max: Fury Road, Gods of Egypt and Alien: Covenant.

Gregory M. Schroeder completed his MFA in Producing from AFI Conservatory in 2019. His sci-fi/horror film PROGENY (2019), fantasy/comedy WITCHIN' (2019) and drama film LIKE FLYING (2020) have won dozens of awards and screened at prestigious festivals worldwide.

Gregory is also a writer/director, interested in genre filmmaking that explores the flaws in human communication and emotionality. His debut short film LAST LIGHT was completed in May 2021, and his second short film WELCOME TO OUR HOME was completed in July 2021.

Richard was born in Panama City, Republic of Panama. He grew up on the East Coast and attended Georgia State University in Atlanta Georgia. He received a BFA in photography with a minor in creative writing. Although his focus was photography Richard was always obsessed with movies and filmmaking. His graduating thesis project was a feature film he directed called “Point and Shoot”.
After graduating he moved to Los Angeles to further his film ambitions. There he became a Cinematographer and Director. He has worked for various outlets over the years including Nat Geo, Rolling Stone, Variety, and Disney to name a few. Richard produced his second feature film “Wannabe” which starred Adam Huss and was turned into a TV show with Marta Kauffman of “Friends, Grace and Frankie” as Show Runner. "Wannabe” was purchased and produced by Warner Brothers Television. He then created another television series “Andy and Chaz” which was produced by Tony Jonas of “Queer as Folk, Friends”. Most recently Richard has created a sequel to the first “Wannabe” film, again starring Adam Huss. And even more recently he directed ”Strangers in the Night” with frequent collaborator Adam Huss and Adam Bucci. “Strangers in the Night" is Richard’s first foray into the “Horror” genre. Richard sought to challenge his comedic directing background by doing what was for him a different kind of project. Since “Stranger’s”completion he has found himself falling in love with the “Horror Comedy” genre and looks forward to further exploring the horror realm.

Gavin Williams début feature as a screenwriter, AWAIT FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS, was released in 2018. The film was a Critic’s Pick in the New York Times and is currently available to stream on Netflix. His short, SLEEPWORKING, won eight awards and played at over sixty festivals. In 2020 his script, THE POISON FOREST, was optioned by Amazon Studios for a feature or series adaptation. Mark Lediard has over 20 years experience directing commercials, promos and shorts. His music videos feature promos for US metalcore band ‘Of Mice & Men’ – viewed over 10 million times on YouTube – ‘Greywind’, ‘Clint Lowery’. In 2017 Mark and Gavin Williams established Feature Creep Films, and their first short together, CHROMOPHOBIA, premièred at the Trieste Science+Fiction Film Festival and débuted online on ALTER in 2021 to great acclaim. Their second, THE MIME, was commissioned by Fox Digital Studios (20th Digital Studio). THE MIME played at Canneseries 2020, FrightFest 2020 and Screamfest LA 2020. It screened on both FX and FXX Channels in the U.S. over Halloween 2020, and is now streaming on Hulu as part of the Bitesize Horror slate of shorts.

Eric Castro is a Latino American raised in the Pacific Northwest. Leaving school in 10th grade, he started a journey that brought him to Los Angeles. Eric built his skills of visual story telling with over a decade of lighting and cinema work in television and movies. A survivor of child abuse, racism and substance abuse, with an interest in Cultural Anthropology, Eric makes films that connect emotionally while speaking about the shared issues of modern humanity. Serial Dating was an idea inspired after a year of online dating, and seeing the vulnerabilities people feed on.
