About the Director(s):
Julio César Padilla is an Ecuadorian American film director, writer, and producer. His most recent work, “The Island of the Dolls,” is out for film festivals and it has received four awards so far. He is currently developing a feature-length documentary “Lambs of the Moon” while editing another short documentary "Little Warriors" 2022. Julio studied MFA in Cinema at DePaul University in Chicago where he graduated in 2020 with highest distinction.
