Synopsis: 
After being bitten by a radioactive spider, Peter Parker develops new spider like abilities. Peter first uses his new found powers for profit, but when his unclde is murdered at the hands of a criminal Peter failed to stop, he swears to use his powers to fight the evil that killed his uncle. At the same time, scientist and businessman Norman Osborn gets exposed to and experimental nerve gas and develops an alternate personality himself, the super strong, psychotic Green Goblin. To make matters worse he has fallen for a young girl named Mary Jane Watson, who is dating his best friend and son to the Green Goblin, Harry Osborn. It is a fight to the finish as Spider-Man races to save the city and the girl he loves from certain disaster.
