Mia Sorensen started her career at The Daily Show and since then she has directed, edited, and produced commercials for clients such as Sony, Mercedes, Lionsgate, Disney, and Nickelodeon. In documentary, she was a member of President Obama's digital team and worked on series such as Years of Living Dangerously (Showtime), Death Row Stories (CNN), Weediquette (Vice), and New Jim Crow (Aspireist/USA). Recently, she was in the Amazon documenting the Mebêngôkre people for a short film about deforestation narrated by Alec Baldwin and Dr. Jane Goodall.
Germán Sancho (Madrid, 1979) graduated in Audiovisual Communication from the European University (Spain). Following this, he also carried out several post-graduate courses in Film Direction, Film Production and Editing. In 2004, he gained a masters degree from the Complutense University (Madrid, Spain) in Film Direction and TV-Format Design. Subsequently, he worked as the Director’s Assistant in the Direction Team of TVE's Daily News (Public Service Broadcaster) in 2005, covering multiple national and international events.

Kate graduated with an Honours Degree in Film & Television Production from the National Film School, IADT in 2012. There, she majored in Directing and minored in Editing. Her graduate short Breathe In (2012) was selected for a number of Irish and international film festivals. She has worked in many facets of filmmaking including Art Dept, Production and also worked as a Broadcast Producer in TBWA Dublin for almost 2 years after graduating. Kate will often edit and colour grade her own work due to her background in editing at college.
Directors David Sloan & Jordan Eakin comprise Sleakin — a hybrid handsome man, hideous ogre creative unit. This curious freak of nature is so enamored with the creative process that it does it for a living at an advertising agency in Durham, North Carolina. As an avid fan of film, and in sanctimonious pursuit of creative purity, Sleakin set out to create its own story using the knowledge and skills picked up on the sets of a couple dozen commercial projects including two Super Bowl spots. Their first short film — 'Meet You In The Parking Lot' — will have its world premiere at Screamfest this year.
Born in 1979, Nicolas Hugon is an autodidact who is trained to his passion by making movies with the family camcorder in the garden of his parents. A few years later, he began to make his passion his job by making videos for websites, musicians and other artists.
Tony Morales was born in Malaga and when he turned 20 he moved to Madrid to start his career as an actor and director . Pasionate about horror movies since childhood, he wrote and directed his first short film, "Ku", which was chosen in many film festivals all over the world. It wasn't until his second short film, "Hada" , where he obtained more than 260 oficial nominations over the globe and 57 awards, being "Hada" one of the most aclaimed horror short films this last year. His third work, BEC, tells the tale of a Black Eyed Child, and promises to surprise.
